A pair of early nineteenth century Neoclassical Italian commodes, in walnut, walnut veneer and sycamore, with ‘Derbyshire Rosewood marble’ tops, the front opening with three drawers, all supported on turned feet.

A fine Regency mahogany bureau bookcase, with classical motifs throughout. The upper section comprises a pair of glazed doors set within moulded pilasters crowned with carved acanthus-leaf capitals, below a projecting cornice enriched with a dentil-moulded frieze. The doors decorated with carved laurel wreaths, a favoured Hope motif drawn from classical antiquity, and open to reveal adjustable shelving.

The lower section with a central drawer, opening to reveal a secretaire with gilt tooled leather writing surface, with two flame mahogany doors below, sitting between two fluted columns and all resting on turned bun feet with roundels and acanthus leaf details.

A fine late eighteenth century Sheraton-style satinwood and rosewood display cabinet on stand. The upper section with a shaped, pagoda-inspired outline to the cornice, crowned with two finials, all opening with three glazed doors to the front, the doors cross-banded in satinwood, with fine brass escutcheons.

Below the glazed doors, the middle section fitted with three further doors veneered in richly figured rosewood, cross-banded in satinwood, the central door centred by an oval satinwood medallion, a favoured Sheraton decorative device.

The stand below incorporates a pull-out writing slide, lined in gilt tooled green leather. The frieze drawer fitted with brass leopard-mask ring handles above a shaped and cross-banded apron, centred by an inlaid oval fan motif. The whole is raised on elegant square-tapered legs with satinwood inlay to the edges.

A fine George II Irish mahogany card table, the top opening on a gate leg to reveal a blue baize line playing surface inset with counter wells to the corners, with carved scallop shell to the shaped frieze, all raised on carved cabriole legs with hairy paw feet.

A fine pair of early twentieth century Anglo- Sinhalese carved ebony wall brackets, with egg and dart moulding above a pierced apron, densely carved with scrolling acanthus leaves, the scrolling section below, flanked by two small carved rosettes. The bracket resolves into a lyre-form support with scrolled volutes meeting at a turned baluster finial.

An unusual wooden table lamp, decorated with fine penwork decoration, the turned column of baluster form worked in sections with sprays of stylised foliage and flowerheads on a dark green ground, divided by ring-turned bands of geometric ornament, raised on a turned circular foot.

A mid twentieth century French art pottery vase of bottle form, with matte blue grey ground, and rich blue drip glaze overlay to the upper body. Now converted as a lamp.

A fine Murano glass three arm chandelier of small scale, in Verona green, with triple gourd form central body and flared drip trays to the arms, the top adorned with glass droplets, and all terminating in four glass droplets to the base.
