A William IV period oak library bergère, the scrolling top rail carved with foliate designs, surmounting ring turned spindles and scrolling arms rests carved with acanthus leaves, the seat upholstered in brown leather supported on four legs, the front two with further beaded carving and lotus leaves, all terminating in brass castors.
