AN JAPANESE IMARI VASE AS A LAMP

Japan, circa 1900

A late nineteenth century Japanese porcelain Imari vase, the spherical body decorated with flowering branches and the neck with gilt foliate patterns on a red ground, now mounted as a lamp on a giltwood base.

Lampshades not included. Photographed with a 18” diameter Pembroke card lampshade.

Currently wired for the UK with patinated brass plate and BC bulb fitting, with bronze twisted silk flex and black torpedo switch, with white 13amp plug. PAT tested. Please enquire for rewiring services.
